Project Description

We replaced the entire tray ceiling headliner tuck system on a 145-foot Westship motor yacht. The existing headliner material was water-damaged and contained mold. The headliner was challenging because there were many cutouts required for the tray ceiling, lights, air-conditioning vents, speakers, smoke detectors and outlets. Each headliner piece had to be carefully stretched and “tucked” into the groove to keep it in place.
